The auto attendant default is generic. We recommend
customizing your main greeting by mentioning your business name. i.e. “You have reached XYZ Real Estate's, Talking Info-House menu”. Please call our office and we will record your custom message. |

| 2) When you hear the greeting press the # key | ||||||||||||||||||||||

"Manage Your Greetings" The system will automatically play the currant

| How to Go On-line to see who called about a particular home | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 1) Go to TalkingInfoHouse.com | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2) On the top right side of the screen, click on "Log In: OfficeByte Reporter" | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3) Enter your user name "Agent User Name" (Above) | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4) Enter your password "Agent Password" (Above) | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5) Click on reporter | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6) Select "Report Start Date", by clicking on the calendar on the right and select date. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7) Select "Report End Date", by clicking on the calendar on the right (2nd one down) and select date. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8) Click on "View Log" | ||||||||||||||||||||||
